Meet Allan Liang
Creator of the Move30 Program
As a student of martial arts and human movement for over 30 years, Allan has noticed quality of movement is correlated with quality of life.
Movement came quite naturally to Allan as a child, and he naively assumed everyone had the same intuition about and connection to their body as he did. Boy, was he wrong!
As he got older, he noticed how deeply disconnected most people were to movement. He observed how much more pain, injury, and sickness many became subjected to as a result. He felt this was really wrong, as he knew so much of this could be prevented through tapping into the power of movement!
So Allan made this his mission: to teach as many people as he could how to move and reconnect to their bodies.
