Allan Liang is the founder of Train Away Your Pain — a company built on a lifetime obsession with human movement and a deep personal calling to help others out of suffering.

When people get tired of band-aid fixes and surface-level approaches to chronic pain, they come to Allan.

He’s helped people overcome a wide range of conditions, including back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, and migraines. His specialty lies in identifying the movement dysfunctions behind the pain and guiding clients through the precise exercises and adjustments needed to resolve them.

Allan’s unique movement training system is rooted in over 30 years of study across martial arts, dance, and functional movement practices. His background includes:
